Cash payment is an option for those who are uninsured and for those who have high deductible plans. Labs and medications are available at low cost. Prices will be discussed prior to services being provided.
House Call Visit
Initial house call visit starts at $150.00
Follow up house call visit starts at $75.00
Telehealth Visit
Telehealth Visits are $40.00

Direct Primary Care Membership Plan
Direct Primary Care is a monthly membership model. Primary care services are provided directly to clients who join a primary care practice as members. The membership covers more than 80% of primary care/behavioral health needs and give members access to extremely low pricing on labs and medication.
It is an affordable option for those who are uninsured with chronic illness that requires close follow-up and monthly medication refills. This option is also great for entrepreneurs and small business owners without personal insurance and business owners looking to offer health insurance to their employees. It can also be a great option for those with high deductible insurance plans.
The membership does not include labs or any additional services such as B12 injections, x-rays or medications. The membership plan is used for medical or behavioral health services provided only by VEMa Holistic Health only.
